Dish by Daisy is owned and operated by Daisy Carnelia, A classically french trained private chef with a life long passion for home cooked meals. She received her formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France, and uses her education to craft meals that are nourishing, but elevated so every day feels like a special occasion.
Her specialty is building bespoke menus for intimate events, catering especially to those with dietary restrictions and other specific preferences. No detail is too small.
Dish by Daisy services range from tasting menus designed around your guests, to small bites, served with cocktails, and recently to upscale inflight meals, for private airlines, prepared and delivered directly to the tarmac packed for travel, with specified serving instructions, so it feels like we’re on the flight with you.
